Please make sure that you use an activated card that has enough credit and accepts online purchases from anywhere.

The amount paid cannot be refunded.

You should Sign up (for the first time) or Login (If you have an account)
Choose the course you want from the Home page or Courses header tap
Click on "Buy" to start the simple purchase process, then choose "Payment Options", then click on "My Fatoorah", then click on the “Send Payment” button then enter your valid credit or debit card data, and click "Pay"

After completing the purchase, you will be automatically transferred to Dashboard page to review your course and start the learning journey
You can also access your course by clicking Navigation Menu(beside of profile menu) icon at the top of the page, selecting My Courses, and then choosing the desired course

You can get the certificate after watching the full course videos and doing the quiz
The certificate is issued in Arabic and English
You can obtain the certificate in Arabic or English when you choose from the language icon at the top of the page (Arabic language) or (English Language), where you will then be able to obtain it in Arabic or English as you like.
The certificate can be downloaded and printed, and it can also be shared via the Share button at the top of your browser

To reset your password, from login page. You can submit your username or your email address. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.
